I love this community living style
I have lived here for about two 12 month lease terms, and I absolutely love living here. the community is a really open and safe place to be. I am confident that my neighbors have my back. Like all complexes there are the bad eggs who live here, but they are easily avoidable! Management is getting better to get ahold of, but of course Covid has made things a little more difficult. Work orders got backed up for a while, but new staff has made it easier for residents to get their orders completed.... As long as rent doesn't go up anytime soon, I have no intentions of moving to a different apartment!

Terrible place to live
I have watched dogs die because owners kept them off leash many many in watched children that do what ever they want mostly vandlising cars and such. Cars get broken into daily no working cameras on site. And the patrol people Cruz by like once a night XD been waiting like 10 months to get a bathroom fan fixed.
