I moved out of Solstice Apartments over a year ago. A year later, I received a final warning notice at the wrong address, even though I had provided my forwarding address before moving out.

I visited the leasing office multiple times to understand the charges, but I was never able to speak with a manager. I also sent several emails to the community management and never received a response. Unfortunately, the staff I dealt with were rude and unhelpful throughout the process.

I know one more... review probably won’t make a difference, but I’m hoping someone from management or the corporate office will finally reach out so we can go over these charges and resolve this matter fairly.

They suck people are loud all hrs of night you may not get the sleep you need trash everywhere no type of upkeep

Freindly and helpful staff. The facility was very clean and well kept. Spacious floor plans. Great price!

My requests have been granted fairly quickly and the providers are always courteous

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Good luck on ever getting a call back from their office no matter how many times you call to leave a voicemail. I highly suggest not to come to live here. Cheap place for expensive living. Never had to call so many times to not every be able to reach someone. Amenities don't work, balcony is dipped in so cant even go on it. Plumbing is awful. And absolutely no parking anywhere here. So much more to say but I will leave it at that.
