It’s okay, I moved here for work. It’s pretty expensive for having no elevators, never actually getting to park in my actual parking lot, and the neighbors always fighting at all hours. Everyone keeps to themselves though. Wish they had security cameras tho.

Just the worst
Strata may have great marketing, but the grounds are not kept up at all and they are horrible at communicating. When I first moved in, the apartment was not clean at all — there was dust and dirt everywhere. The AC also didn’t work for the first week we were there, and it took over a week for someone to come out and fix it. On top of that, we had a broken fire alarm, fridge, and dishwasher that also took weeks to be fixed. There is a constant weed smell and the dog poop problem has yet to be... addressed. My roommate’s car was stolen and was told that they didn’t have any cameras and to call the police. Lastly, upon moving out, we couldn’t get anyone to answer our phone calls or numerous emails which was super rude and frustrating. It’s not worth the amount of money you pay for no cameras and bad upkeep. DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!!

Dirty and no security
Grounds are kept a mess with no care or respect for how much money you’re paying to live here. My car was broken into and the leasing office literally told me “we’re not responsible for that” when I asked if they had any security footage or security cameras on the property.

Unfortunate
The inside of the apartments are very nice, and Chris and Rikita are friendly and seem receptive to feedback. However there is a constant problem of dog droppings not being picked up (supposedly there are fines imposed by management for owners that neglect the mess). Also there is a recurring theme of vomit in the common areas that does not get cleaned up for several days even after notifying the office staff. Lastly there is a recurring weed smell even though the complex claims to be smoke free... . When I try to contact the office they typically do not answer the phone, or when I try to go in person they often close before the posted 6PM closing time. Overall I just wish this place would get its act together since the insides are so nice, but it really is not worth the cost.
