Not really happy with the fact that we cannot put up privacy film on the windows.. we should be able to walk around our “home” comfortably without having to worry about people looking in, especially since the building is right on Colfax.. Everything else has been great otherwise so far.

Awesome place to stay, with the best leasing staff and so many welcoming residents. The amenities our top notch, sky lounges our always a great hang out spot, the maintance team is always on work orders very quickly. Parking is very easy. Thank You Team Bel Aire
