Thermostat broke 2 days in and fire alarms have been going off or else it’d be 5 stars. The apartments are very tidy and clean when I moved in.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here. From the moment we came in for our tour, Jayde went above and beyond to make the experience welcoming and informative. She took the time to show us all of the amenities, answered every question we had, and made sure we saw the exact type of unit we were looking for.
We toured several other apartment communities before this one, and none of them came close. The property itself is beautiful, but Jayde’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine... kindness were what really sold us. She never made us feel pressured and truly made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
Now that we’ve moved in, we’re even happier with our decision. If you’re considering this community, ask for Jayde—you’ll be in great hands. Thank you, Jayde, for making this such a positive experience!

Avoid this place
SERIOUSLY counting down the weeks until we can GTFOH. Low end colors that belongs on colfax. AVOID AVOIDAVOID
Place is TRASH. Fire alarms constantly going off, 5 times this year. Pool being closed up to 4 weeks at a time because dumdums break glass around the pool and there is no glass allowed there, 3-4 closures in 8 months. Trash all over the place, in the garage, hallways, stairwells and elevators, Dog poop on the carpet in the hallways. Cheap appliances, weird noises in the walls when the... water runs. Management is useless in the areas needed most to make this place somewhat tolerable.

I love living here. It’s so quiet well taking care of and maintenance is fast to the problem. Parking is so easy in garage and they are on top of it.
