Keene is a very new building, and still going through growth pains, so some 'issues' are understandable.
Two things stand out.
Trash / Recycling:
Residents abuse the trash / recycling rooms, dumping trash and recyclables on the floor, leaving a mess for someone else to clean up (very disrespectful of their home and their neighbors!).
The chutes seem to be jammed regularly or otherwise out of service. It could either be because residents are trying to stuff oversize article in the chutes, or... because there is nowhere for the articles to go (e.g., full bins).
I suspect the major problem is resident abuse. I would recommend adding a pass key to get in cameras. Those changes might cut down on 'bad behavior' by people abusing the facility.
General Appearance and Cleanliness:
More frequenting vacuuming of hallways and washing / rinsing of concrete surfaces would be great.
