Four days ago, I emailed the office requesting assistance with persistent, loud stomping that exceeds normal everyday living noise. The disturbances sometimes continue until 3:00 AM and can be heard throughout my unit, including when I’m showering. The office responded by dismissing my complaint, stating that the noise is typical and requiring a third-party witness from the office to verify it. This request is unreasonable, unprofessional, and dismissive for several reasons. I followed up with a... request for contact information for a higher-up or corporate office but have not yet received a response.

It's been only a week since we moved in but so far so good. We really enjoy working with Jessica. She has helped us every step of the way. We love the location and the amenities.

So far living here a little over 48 hours has been a blast! I attended my first community event and won prizes during bingo, met some wonderful new people in the building and have fallen in love with my new home. Very happy!

The Hensley has been a great apartment to live in! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. My dog also enjoys the dog park and making new doggy friends!
