Love my new space! The layout is just perfect. Having an indoor mailroom is much safer. Love that it’s very dog friendly here. Covered parking is a must.

Everything is so beautiful inside and out and I truly feel at home! We cannot begin to express how relaxing and refreshing it is to be in such a wonderful community! We are trying to convince other people to move over here!

Experience has been pretty good overall. At times, things feel passive aggressive from leasing office and some of the rules, like 2 guest only at the pool, are absurd especially for special occasions like birthdays but overall its a nice community that feels safe especially for single females. There has been many instances of the fire alarms going off way more times than felt necessary and because of the building set up it impacts EVERYONE but I am renewing my lease which is rare for me. They... have community events about monthly, this is a nice bonus as well.
If you work downtown and do not like driving, I would not recommend living here. Traffic is awful from 7a-7p most weekdays.

Living at the hensley is something completely different. I have been here for 2 days, just imagine a getaway vacation but all the time. The apartments are well kept and cleaned, and modernized. I have never been so happy to find a place like the Hensley.
