Everything is great here, any concerns which I’ve had are handled very promptly. The grounds are always clean and well as the interior of the building. I’ve had a great experience.

First floor stinks like cigarettes weekly. Management is nice and maintenance is on top of things. Tenants make the apartment smell like cigarettes. No rules are enforced other than emails about smoking rules but action not taken.

Only complaint I have is the trash cans in the hallway. Besides that, maintenance is in time and building and grounds are generally clean. Thank you!

I really like it! Shawn and his team are terrific! Any time I’ve had a concern or needed something fixed it was done very quickly and professionally! I would 100% recommend as I’m going on my 4th year!!

It is a quiet, organized and always clean community, the parking area is large and sufficient for residents and visitors. We felt comfortable and calm living in this place.
