Not the most professional luxurious place
The place is dirty elevators don’t work. Staff is rude and unprofessional some residents get aggressive

Great apartment
I love the amenities and the central location living here with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The leasing staff has been fantastic and I highly recommend The his apartment

Exceptional building and service team
I've been living at The Fitzgerald for two years and it's been nothing but amazing. Any time there's been a maintenance request it's taken care of within 24 hours.

GREAT APARTMENT
I loved living at The Fitz, such a beautiful building and centrally located to al the fun that downtown has to offer! The Community Manager Hannah is so easy to work with and creates such a fun atmosphere for her community! Maintenance is top notch, the Service manager Kyle is knowledge able and so nice. This is a GREAT community to call home
