Whisper Creek has new management under Greystar. Despite an initial fumble with the new team finding a system error that showed my unit was unoccupied when they took over, the issue was quickly resolved. Then improvements to the property began almost immediately and are still ongoing. Greystar uses the ourpetpolicy online system for tracking pet information, and the website charges an annual fee. Since my lease was signed with the last management team, I never agreed to pay that fee, or... use the pet policy service. Luckily, since it's not in my lease, the Greystar team was awesome and waived the requirement for me to use this service until my lease ends, with the understanding that if I renew, the new lease will require I pay this new fee to this website on top of my pet rent and deposit. -I really hate the additional fee and having to supply paperwork that I already provided when I moved in, but at least they were kind enough to waive that issue for now, and I can make an informed choice about it when and if I renew with Whisper Creek under Greystar.

They are great at keeping the community informed about maintenance updates and events, and were personable, light hearted and friendly at the office. I tend to be very guarded and strict with my feelings towards any rental company as I have dealt with terrible, irresponsible, awful management in the past. My opinions on landlords of any kind begin in the negatives, and are often justified. So when I say Greystar is doing a good job, that's heavy praise coming from me, but I will say, any management team is on thin ice. As long as life goes on here at Whisper Creek with smooth rent payments, a painless lease renewal, painless renters insurance update, and a painless move to using ourpetpolicy, and open, friendly communication, I'll be happy to keep my family at Whisper Creek for many years to come.

I love the community's location near my child's school, immediate access to nature trails behind the complex- though I wish there was less dog poo back there. It's near all the shopping, book stores, boba shops, cafés, lakes and parks I could want. The location, size, and amenities are all exactly what I wanted when I moved to Denver, and compared to other locations, the price point was also great- I just hope it stays great when and if I renew.

Great community just not too happy about having water leaks right after we moved in and rent not being accommodated after repairs took a whole month where our walls and ceilings were torn out.

Whisper creek is a very nice and friendly community! The staff are very polite and friendly! And the maintenance is very great! I highly recommend here to anyone!

Whisper Creek is a lovely community to live in. Under the new management of Greystar a lot of good necessary improvements have gotten underway. All the buildings are getting new roofs. Work orders are addressed within 24 to 48 hours
by the wonderful maintenance crew. My daughter and I have lived here for over 5 years and hopefully will continue to.
