LOVE IT HERE!
The people in the office are super nice and always ready to help. From the first time I asked about moving in, they were friendly and answered all my questions. Every time I’ve gone in or called since I moved, they’ve been really polite and made sure I’m happy with everything. They always smile and make me feel special. When something goes wrong in my apartment, Rick on it right away! He comes super fast, fixes everything, and always make sure it’s all good before he leaves. Honestly, I’m really... happy here!

Great place to call home!
We’ve lived here for just over 3 years now and love it! The property is clean, the maintenance staff are quick and friendly and the office staff are always so helpful. Truly, no complaints!

Wonderful place to call home
I'm a current resident at Mountain Gate and I must say, I've been very impressed with the property! The amenities are great, and it is a very family friendly community in a great area of Littleton! We have 2 kids at an LPS school which is another major reason we have stayed at Mountain Gate. The leasing office has been super helpful, and maintenance makes sure things are taken care of if something breaks! Overall, it's a great place to live!

Perfect Home!
I have lived here for 2 years and do not have any plans of leaving any time soon. The location is perfect, management is very communicative, maintenance is so fast (if you ever even need them)! I got my AC system replaced in 3 days and a new dryer the next business day. The grounds are very clean as well! My dogs love it here and so do I!
