I could give it more than 5 stars if I could! ??????????
I've had a great experience living at Avantus Apartments. The community is well maintained, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. The maintenance team is responsive and does a great job addressing requests in a timely manner. The location is another huge plus—it's close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways, making it easy to get wherever I need to go. I also appreciate the amenities and the effort the team puts into... keeping the community clean and enjoyable for residents. Overall, Avantus has been a comfortable and convenient place to call home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community with great service.

Worse then 1 star
The whole building is so dirty, the apartments are filled with mice and roaches. The crime happening at this place is continuous, my license plate was stolen in the garage (that might be due to the garage never working and thus always being open), saw my neighbor beating his gf in the parking lot, saw a neighbor shooting a gun in the parking lot. Some of the people living there are not good people, clearly this company doesn’t care about the residents but only about making money! The water... continuously goes out. Don’t live there, just don’t…..

Don’t let a fresh coat of paint fool you.
Half of my apartment was wrecked when a pipe broke and flooded my living room and kitchen. When I explained to management that I had no where to stay because I had just paid the rent and couldn’t afford a hotel I received a shrug and a “well the bathroom and bedroom aren’t wet.” When I complained I was “gifted” $200 off my next month’s rent, which was a complete slap to the face. They can repaint the building but it’s a dump that’s falling apart. Don’t be fooled.
