My overall experience has been pretty good aside from growing pains the staff experienced during the majority of my first year. The staff has always been really friendly and eager to help to the best of their ability. The amenities are really nice and we have some great views of the mountains and the city.
I think the area is up and coming with some good options for food and things to do near by and more that have popped up in the year that I've been and still more to come. I feel pretty safe... as a woman living in this area as well.
I just renewed my lease and I am looking forward to seeing the community and the area grow in the next year!

I was nervous about moving into an apartment after being in a house for a few years but Modera has been awesome. There are a few snags here and there related to it being a new building but they've been pretty responsive to each request. The amenities are great - would love if the gym had a little more equipment. Amazing location, close to a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc... and a very pet-friendly community!
