We just moved from a 2B 2B to a 1B 1B. As always, the staff have been incredible, but a special shout out goes to Rachael who has been so patient and clear in our many communications. (She deserves a medal!) Greg, as always, has been a great resource and always good humored.
We would recommend Modera West Washington Park to anyone looking for a modern, close to everything building with great staff and amenities. We hope we can stay here for... a long time!

I love the facilities here. Everything is well kept. They are attentive to maintenance needs and resident needs in general. They have regular community events which is always nice. The location is amazing - you can walk to anything you might need. Very dog friendly too!

Love the building & staff. Fantastic gym and the outdoor living space (rooftop pool, hot tub, firepit & kitchen are A )! Living on Speer is loud though. I absolutely love that there is free EV charging provided in our parking garage!
