We are loving life here at Modera West Wash park. It’s such a breathe of fresh air and upgrade from our last apartment complex. The staff is incredibly nice, our neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and all of the amenities in and out of unit are exceptional.

Love the complex, staff, and maintenance. It’s a beautiful apartment complex. My review would be 5 stars, but it’s frustrating during the summer when either 1) random people come into the complex to use the amenities and 2) when residents bring groups of people versus 2 guests as allowed.

The community has been fantastic. The gym and pool are fantastic (go up to the pool) for a sunset over the mountains, neighbors have been quiet, and the amenities have been quite good. We are thankful we had the opportunity to move here!
