The complex has a variety of amenities and the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing! The unit itself is a great use of space with lots of windows and natural lighting.

Love the building & staff. Fantastic gym and the outdoor living space (rooftop pool, hot tub, firepit & kitchen are A )! Living on Speer is loud though. I absolutely love that there is free EV charging provided in our parking garage!

We’ve lived in this building for almost 3 years and it’s been an excellent experience. The leasing staff is super attentive and the maintenance team led by Greg are the best. We work from home so the common spaces and amenities satisfy all of our needs. I’d recommend MWWP to anyone looking for a luxury apartment building.
