Clean and new when we first moved in. Overall quiet. Several staff changes and slow to respond to emails. Forced into moving units when there was a leak in a previous unit because they installed the washer incorrectly.

I love everything about this building except for the noise in unit above us! It is like having a clydesdale living above you!!! I think until you live under someone you don't realize the noise you make!
