It's a joke of a property scheduled to view a unit today get email from security property verification of it and get there rude people say we don't do tours then they don't have any units available then there's a waiting list but website still shows available what a joke

Former Resident
I was a resident there from 2014-2016. I NEVER had bedbugs or any bug problem. PROS: They were partially renovated in 2015. All new black appliances. Laminated wooden floors in the entry-way, kitchen, & bathroom. New HVAC and screens. Maintenance request addressed in a timely manner. In the Cherry Creek School district. CONS: Drafty during the winter. The windows & weather stripping around the doors need replaced. The sand in the kids play area is a germ magnet. The trash is always overflowing... in the bin closest to Dayton street( next to Bld. 1) so rats live in/near it.

the apartment complex is cheap
The apartment will not fix problems that they caused. The work on the outside of the building brought bedbugs into the house.
