I’ve lived at Ridgeview place apartments for over a year and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. If I need something fixed, maintenance is out to fix the problem within a day or so. The neighbors are friendly and the office staff are always helpful.

I should have read ahead! I am going on my third year here and I love it. The complex is gorgeous with the rolling hills and space between the units. The walking paths are right behind mine and they are so beautiful and when my daughter visits with her dog they always walk there—and love them. Plus I have the view of pikes peak right outside my front door—it is truly stunning. When new people come to see me they always remark on how they didn’t know this was tucked back in here and how pretty... it is. I just nod and say yes and I’m not moving out so you can’t have my apartment! Lol.
