Prose at Parkvale is an amazing place to live! The staff are all warm, friendly, and so, so helpful. Special shout out to Mikayla, who has helped me through my entire cross-country move! She went through a handful of layouts and unit locations with me since I had to select a place site unseen, and was incredibly kind and responsive. The way she treated me, I felt like when I got here I already had a friend in town. The apartments are gorgeous and well thought out, with absolutely top-of-the-line... appliances and luxurious details such as deep sinks and large windows with tons of natural light. Absolutely love it here!

I found my new home at Prose at Parkvale. It is a new community and I am so glad my son found this gem while we were looking for our new home. Views are breathtaking. My apartment is on the 3rd floor, it has large windows with lots of natural light and the views are breathtaking. The windows are thick and provide a lot of insulation and keep the apartment cozy and quiet with no drafts. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive.
