Absolutely love living at Fiona Apartments! The location in downtown Colorado Springs is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. The building has amazing amenities and is completely pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They’ve truly made me feel at home even though I’m new to the city. I couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s been such a great experience living here!

Top Tier Apartments
Never felt more welcoming! Our leasing agent, Conor, was the best to work with! He made us felt at home and went in depth on everything the Fiona’s had to offer. THE BEST
Conor our leasing agent was quite literally the best my girlfriend and I have ever experienced. He was welcoming and immersed us during the entire tour. The apartments alone from the amenities, the tenants and the over all experience was amazing and definitley state of the art. I would recommend anyone come in for a tour you won’t be let down especially with Conor at your side.
