First, these apartments are wayyy overpriced. I was in one with premium costs, but I assure you there is no luxury if that's what you're looking for. I was a quiet tenant, no problems. I didn't complain about late-night partying (and fights) at the pool directly under my bedroom. I didn't throw a fit when they lost packages (like the time they miraculously found one 6 months later and blamed a tenant), or when we moved out and my daughter was yelled at by what was always rude front desk staff... for placing UHaul Boxes at a reasonable distance for us to utlize them while moving (mind you, we put them in the exact place we were told to a year earlier when we moved in and it was fine).
Now however, I'm upset. Why? Because I was a great tenant for a year - I moved out in August ... it's JANUARY and I'm still sending emails inquiring on whether or not I will receive my deposit back. I keep getting the "we are waiting on the accounting department" response... a response I've received 4 times now.

The area is beautiful. The apartments, their staff and their lack of business sense is lacking. Truly not worth it. I will say, however, maintenance guys are awesome! They speak and say hello. Front desk.... completely disrespectful. (Check FB page for videos of pool fights)

It's a reliable and welcoming place, the view is beautiful, and I love the peace and quiet.

Best apt I have ever lived in. Very comfortable and safe.

Living here has been a great experience. The place is always well-kept, and anytime I’ve needed something, the staff jumps right on it. The maintenance team especially deserves a shoutout—they’re super friendly, quick, and always go the extra mile. It really makes a difference knowing they’ve got everything covered.

It is a relatively modern community with nice amenities, excellent Internet service, set in a beautiful part of town.
