If you are a self-employed independent contractor, you must submit last year's tax return and/or your last three months of bank statements for your business. If you do not have any current income, you must be willing to pre-pay rent to qualify, if approved in advance by your property manager. -Tenants are responsible for having all utilities in their name for the duration of the lease and must have renters insurance.-EACH tenant must fill out an online application with the property manager. We do not accept Zillow applications.-The security deposit is due within 24-hours of an accepted application.-Landscaping maintenance is included.-There will be a 2-animal maximum and each animal may not weigh more than 50-lbs.-Refundable Pet Deposit is $300 per pet & pet rent is $35 per pet per month.1.
