So far everything has been amazing I love the events that take place in the club house and the maintenance request are quickly fixed , the trash service is a a plus since I live on the 3rd floor.

The Lodges of Black Forest is the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is helpful and attentive! The maintenance is always there within 24 hours of submitting. I love the amenities on both sides mostly because one pool and spa is open year round. The gym is more adequate than any membership I’ve paid for.

Neighborhood is quiet, everyone’s friendly. My favorite part is even though I live on the second floor I can’t ever hear my neighbors above me or below me. I really enjoy living here.
