Overall great place. Quiet, convenient location, good neighbors, fair price, nice finishes, nice amenities. Negatives are closed hot tub on our side in winter and poorly insulated unit (heat is set at 68 but runs a lot, and you can feel cool air by the doors and windows).

Clean, and well maintained. Staff are nice, amenities are plenty. Haven't lived here long but enjoy it so far. Community seems very nice. Very excited to live here!

We love it here. We extended our lease for another 12 months; we are treated very well, left alone, not micromanaged, spoiled with monthly community events and whatever I need I just have to ask. Thank you!
