As I have said in the past and earlier in this survey, this is the greatest place I have ever lived in. It's new, clean, modern, quie, smoke free, and managed well. I love it hear and I hope to live here for years to come.

Thayne is a very community-centered property. With lots of events and clubhouse activities, they really try to bring the residents together. Also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating - frequently taking part in the community events so you always can match a face to a name and know who is managing the property. Lastly the area is safe and close by to a lot of retail shops. I have recommended one friend to move here already and would do it again!

Living here for almost 2 years and it's been great! No noise complaints, awesome staff, great gym and pool area. And so much more. The maintenance crew are always very nice and get the job done quick. The staff always helps out when I need them, they're great!
