I have lived at Mysa @ the Crossing for four years. That essentially speaks for itself. The leasing office staff and the maintenance team have consistently gone out of their way to make sure my needs are met and my concerns are taken care of. The gym is also a great addition.

Resident Review – Proceed with Caution

While the pool and grounds have improved and the maintenance team—led by Tony—is outstanding, the overall living experience at Mysa at the Crossing is deeply frustrating.

Management prioritizes profit over residents, with excessive fees, unjustified rent hikes, and aggressive parking enforcement. Booting is common, even for guests, and parking scarcity appears intentionally manufactured. Promised services like valet trash have been removed, and residents...
are charged for utilities that should be covered by the landlord.

Communication from property management is often misleading or dismissive, and there’s a noticeable lack of professionalism and respect—both toward residents and their own maintenance and leasing teams. Despite repeated feedback, nothing changes.

If you're considering moving here, be aware: the amenities don’t outweigh the daily frustrations.

In fairness to all residents, we remain committed to the enforcement of our parking policies. We are actively working on potential solutions to expand our parking. We would love to bring back valet trash services. Once the Boulder Fire Marshall and valet trash service companies can come to an agreement on how to bring back services, we will reimplement this perk.
