This 1BR/1BTH gorgeous light-filled condo is about a half mile east of that area (with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants and bars in between) and a little less... than a half mile to all your errands including natural groceries, Target, REI, etc.! Walk or bike to everything/anything. Bcycle station a block away! Enjoy this top floor 2 story corner unit lives bigger than it sounds with a separate loft area with skylight for storage or the occasional guest and 2 outside deck areas with views (see photos)! Entrance area of condo has room to store the grocery cart ( included) and a little bench and coat rack to remove shoes, coats, dump packages, etc. Then, there is a skylit staircase to the main living area with brand new hickory wood flooring in bedroom, hallway and living room and waterproof "luxury vinyl plank" in the kitchen and bathroom. I pick up the gas bill (primary heat system and hot water, and you pick up the electric bill. Sample the classic Boulder lifestyle, and you'll understand the attraction!
