Maintenance is terrible

They don’t come out for weeks, and when they do, they don’t fix anything. Empty units haven’t been fixed for a month. Homeless people are breaking in and living there. There’s no leasing office on site so no one cares. Place is filled with trash, and dog poop.

The maintenance here is terrible. You put in a request, the guy comes to take a look and then doesn’t do anything. When we first moved in we sent the office photos of everything that was wrong and only 2 of the things were fixed.

I love it here the community is great it’s a kid friendly community for sure I love that for my kids. And I also love how our back is gated in so the kids can play . (Not necessarily gated but similar)
