Great complex with an abundance of wildlife including a fishing lake, geese, pelicans and seagulls to name a few. Neighbors are polite and quiet at night

All in all, it's a beautiful place with its lake and fauna. However, this is still NOT a private-gated community; the entry gates have been broken for the past two years. The entry halls and stairs in some buildings are dirty and in need of painting.
