The location may not be ideal due to the proximity to Colfax. The building is on 2 major bus lines, near 2 major hospitals (University and Children's), grocery store, parks, churches, school, libraries, youth center, and live theatre all either walking distance or 5 minute drive.
Also rent is reasonable consider the recent increases for rental units. The building is 3 years old and I have been here since it started taking tenants.
