Avoid at all costs - do not move into any Avalon community. They are poorly managed, do not provide a clean residence, and try charging residents for every cent despite not meeting their own standards. Horrible experience.

In July, raised my rent by $800. I found a cheaper place. To break lease they're charging me $7000. 4,990 to break lease. Then an additional rent of 2,900. I have a 2 bed 2 bath.
Dirty pool
Dishwasher never fixed 12 complaints about it went unfixed.
Clubhouse never open. Cant enjoy time there.

This property is fantastic. You'll enjoy the proximity to the Aurora reservoir where there are endless recreation opportunities. You'll be amazed at the variety of shopping and dining that is available at the Southlands Mall, about 1 mile away. I've lived here one year and resigned for another. Kim and the other staff members are very amicable.

The Ridge at Wheatlands has been a great place to live. The complex is quiet and the staff is super friendly. For a complex of this size its pretty impressive the staff knows you by name. Kim, Chris and Calie are the best!
