Neighbors suck. They slam doors & yell. The walls are thin: you can hear tv’s & music. If you’re on the bottom floor - you hear your upstairs neighbors clearly. Sometimes you can hear people talking from other apartments- that’s how thin the walls are. Constant plumbing/water leaking issues. Dangerous outlets that almost catch fire. Beware of Roaches!!! People park in your assigned/designated parking space in the carport & the tow sign is just there for show. That company won’t actually tow... anyone that’s in your parking space for free. Random people like to sleep on your porch - it’s next to Colfax so I get it but I shouldn’t have to share my back porch with a stranger from the street. You’re next to a hospital so constant sirens. People that live here are not considerate nor friendly. Maintenance is a joke. Management won’t do anything to help you with noise complaints & etc. It’s a cheap apartment with NO AC AT ALL. You are forced to buy your own AC system because the apartments don’t have any type of AC installed & if you want to sweat during the summer & rely on fans instead of buying an AC system.
