The apartments are loaded with people who love to party, stay up late making tons of noise, homeless people living in and around the premises, neighbors shooting their guns, kids throwing rocks and looking into your apartment windows. Tons of plumbing issues!! The property is always dirty! just take a walk by the dumpsters you might see a few rats/mice. Property management do not care about the residents!!! If you have any issues with your neighbors they tell you to call security (which is a... waste of time) or call the cops. There have been shootings, fights in the parking lot, car theft/vandalism, and homeless everywhere. The units all have problems like flooding, rats, and things just falling apart. The office staff is a revolving door of new employees every 6 months. I wish I had never moved here and will be leaving ASAP.

The office staff has changed 4 times since I moved in. There are constantly cops in the complex, homeless people living in their cars in the parking lots, as well as in the tunnel DIRECTLY behind the pool and leasing office who use the pool regularly as a shower and restroom. The grounds are in shambles, they painted my bathtub and it's now peeling away. The water damage in the bathroom is horrible and has never been addressed. There was an incident where a lethal amount of carbon monoxide was... leaking from another unit recently. I was without air conditioning for 2 years almost, the wood is rotting and the entire complex is a fire hazard. The maintenance guy is the only person who cares about the complex but his help is useless. Over-priced, dangerous and dirty area. You're better staying in a motel, and would probably get less bugs if you did. The staff is unknowledgeable and regularly send out official letters that are written with the spelling of a child, they are rude and don't complete work orders until the city gives them a violation and they have to. Cockroaches everywhere we have went out ourselves to try to fix the problem because they have failed to provide proper extermination and STILL KILL AT LEAST 6 COCKROACHES EVERY SINGLE DAY! It's beyond disgusting and I can't even feel clean in my own home. We are clean people but this building is disguing. Not to mention our apartment is falling apart and maintenance does as little as they can. If I could give less than one star I would. This place is disgusting.
