The Property Manager is really great at communication and always take a personal interest to make sure everything runs smoothly. The apartments are really spacious and very clean. The landscape is always well groomed. I would recommend this property.

Casa Colima Apartments
I am a tenant for about 2 years 6 months and want to express my deepest joy has been fulfilled since the first day I was accepted by management for the one bedroom, one bath apartment. My tenure here has been no less than the best as a resident. The staff of management is extremely gracious. It feels like a 5 star luxury lodge, pool always clean, Jacuzzi sparkling, residents friendly and warm spirited toward each other. We are a gracious group of people caring of one another and each other.... Laundry room always clean, everyone living like kings and queens. Little children happy, having a good time growing up.
