The bathroom has a tub with shower, medicine cabinet and small cabinet over the toilet. The hallway includes 2 closets for linens and/or coats/utility.

The lawn and landscaping in the front and back yard have minor updates. Both yards need maintenance and landscaping which is not included. Someone interested in gardening will enjoy the ample yard to do so. This has a large lot and must be maintained by the tenants.

No extra autos, RVs, parts, commercial vehicles can be stored in or on the yards, also no machinery or vehicle repair can be done on the property, 1 car per adult+ 1 bonus vehicle.

Only the sewage and trash are included in the rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Renters insurance is required throughout the duration of occupancy. 1 year lease preferred.
