I've had an amazing experience living in this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to Christy, our amazing property manager. From day one, she has been incredibly proactive, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making this a great place to live.
She’s always on top of maintenance requests, communicates clearly and promptly, and consistently looks for ways to improve the property overall. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and the building.
Each of the apartments... has been beautifully remodeled with thoughtful design and quality finishes, making them not just functional but truly enjoyable to live in. The attention to detail in the updates really reflects the care and pride put into maintaining the property.
It’s rare to find someone so hands-on and committed, and it makes a huge difference. I feel lucky to have lived here for the past 4 years and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming community in the heart of WeHo.

Cannot leave!
Moved here about three years ago to a beautifully spacious 2bed 2 bath. But last month I decided to downsize to save some money. Was looking all around and finally a unit in our building became available. It was definitely on the higher end of what I wanted to pay. But the building manager there is great. Always attentive and willing to help! And you can’t beat the location. Can’t wait for another few years here

Best location and THE best property manager anywhere
In WeHo this is best location close to everything restaurants, shopping, nightlife and so walkable. The apartment is spacious and with great amount of storage space.
But what makes this property the best is Christy H., the property manager. She makes everything runs so smooth it’s a pleasure to live in the building. She is on top of every aspect of property management and so prompt and helpful if at all any issue comes up for resolution. To bring this all together she brings the sense of... community to the building.
If it were not for me moving out of state I would not give up my beautiful apartment in the building with helpful neighbors and THE best property manager Christy H.!

Perfect Location & Excellent Property Manager!
The location is absolutely perfect. The building is clean and quiet. Tenants are respectful and friendly. Not to mention, the property manager is amazing! She is very responsive and constantly improving the property.

Great Place with Great Tenants
I’ve lived here now for 5 years and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The tenants are lovely and the property manager is constantly improving our building. I always feel safe and welcome here. This community always strives to be better.
