Excellent Building, Superb Property Manager
I have lived at 909 Palm for 8+ years. The building is in the perfect location and surprisingly quiet, considering its proximity to Santa Monica Blvd. The Property Manager is outstanding! She is always making upgrades to the property and is quick to respond when there is a problem. 909 Palm is a terrific place to call home.

Best location in Weho, excellent property management, nice sized apartments
My Gf and I have lived at this location for over 5 years. The location hands down the best in WeHo. Walk up the street and you're on Sunset Blvd, walk 100 ft down and you're on Santa Monica Blvd.
The property manager Christy is one of a kind. I've never had a manager who cares so much about the tenants and making the building feel like home. She's a big reason why we've stayed all these years.

Neighborhood feel, amazing location, great amenities/management
Could not say enough great things about 909 Palm. I've lived here for over two years and don't plan on leaving until I become a homeowner. The location is perfect and convenient for so many grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shops. Even though it's situated between Sunset and Santa Monica, it's such a quiet street and I can never hear people outside. The building has great amenities/features like a pool, laundry room and our building manager, Christy, on-site. Christy goes above and beyond to... improve our building, help tenants with any issues/needs, and maintain the community feel we have. Really, I don't know of any other building managers who take such care of their properties or operate with so much attention to detail. Not to mention she's a delight and always so friendly and patient!
Many tenants have lived here for decades since it's rent-controlled and so well maintained; it really creates a neighborhood feel where I know the majority of my neighbors and have become friends with many of them. It's super pet-friendly and the surrounding streets have so many wonderful grass patches for dogs (not to mention the WeHo dog park is 5 blocks away!). Seriously can't recommend this building enough - our friends are always so jealous to see our unit and hear how competitive and fair our rent is (and that's regardless of rent control!). If you can get the chance to apply to this building, I highly recommend it. There are so few living experiences like this in WeHo or LA at large.

Most kind & caring property manager
Great place to live! Not only pet-friendly with great amenities in a fun yet safe part of Los Angeles, but the property manager makes sure you are well settled in, gives you all the info you need to have a great loving experience here and we have great services and is incredibly responsive and on top of her responsibilities here. Easily the best property manager I’ve had in my 10+ years living in apartments!
