I strongly advise anyone considering this building to think twice before signing a lease here. Management has been one of the most difficult parts of living here. The property manager is extremely hostile and unprofessional. Any time something breaks or needs repair, instead of being helpful, she responds by yelling and making the situation unnecessarily stressful. The condition of the units is also a serious concern. I dealt with ongoing pest issues, including roaches and silverfish, despite... repeated attempts to address the problem. It never felt like the issue was properly resolved. Security is another major problem. The garage gate is frequently left open, and packages were stolen from me multiple times. On top of that, I often saw a neighbor accessing the roof, which raises serious concerns about how secure and controlled the building actually is. While the location might seem appealing, being close to Hollywood and Runyon Canyon, it’s simply not worth it. Even if the rent for a two bedroom seems like a good deal, the constant stress, lack of safety, and poor management make this a place I would never recommend. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
