I’ve been at Persea since it’s been open. Great floor plan, amenities and staff. Love the pet policy not many places are this flexible. The rent and additional fees are a little pricey but everything else 5 stars.

I've lived at Persea for over a year, and it's easily the best apartment community I've ever lived in. It checks so many boxes, and I plan on staying for years. As my family grows, I also appreciate being able to move into a larger apartment within the same community instead of starting over somewhere else.

One of Persea's biggest strengths is the value. They offer everything from modern studios to spacious multi-bedroom homes, with some floor plans even including attached garages. The pricing... is very reasonable for everything you get, especially compared to other communities nearby. As an active-duty military member, I also appreciate that the rent stays below local BAH, making it possible to enjoy a premium community without exceeding my housing allowance.

The apartments are modern, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. High ceilings make the space feel open, and the finishes provide an upscale feel while remaining practical.

The amenities are excellent. The pool and whirlpool are always clean, the multi-level fitness center is well equipped, and the barbecue areas, lounges, and community rooms are great places to relax or socialize. Management consistently maintains and improves the property, with solar currently being added.

The staff has been outstanding. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Lauren, Carol, and the rest of the team are always helpful, communication is excellent, and every maintenance request I've submitted has been completed quickly and professionally.

The gated community is well lit, has nightly security patrols, and is very pet friendly, creating a comfortable environment for families and pet owners alike.

The location is another huge advantage, with quick access to major roads, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and entertainment throughout North County.

I also appreciate the sense of community. Management regularly hosts resident events, food trucks, and gatherings that make it easy to meet neighbors. Fast internet options like Verizon and Cox are another great bonus.
