Valley Glen is just north of Sherman Oaks. Lovely quiet walking neighborhood with pretty houses, mature trees and gardens. Close to Ralphs, Gelsons, Trader Joe’s, Westfield Mall, Valley College, Sherman Oaks Galleria, 101, 405 and 170 freeways. 15 mins drive to Studio City, 20 mins to the Getty Museum.

There is one other small cabana unit with very nice quiet tenant.

Plenty of free street parking in safe, walk-friendly neighborhood.

Main house owner is British, a youthful 60s, kind, liberal, vegan, friendly, work from home story analyst for the entertainment industry and has several rescue cats! Most are indoors but about 2 come in and out. I have a dog who uses the fenced front yard. I’m a homebody who loves international travel, Netflix and backgammon!

You: Quiet, considerate, smoke free, no drugs or parties, communicative, clean and tidy. Work from home is totally fine!

A credit check will be done through this site, I think it costs about $25 or so? Proof of employment, check stubs, and past rental references are helpful.
