It does the job and is cheaper but close to the busy nearby cities
We will start with the matinence work is very lazy and shotty workmanship. The glazing on the tub was bubbled and cracked when I moved in and 4 months later I'm still waiting to get it fixed. The water comes out rusty originally due to old plumbing, I'm in a one bedroom and there is only one wall ac wall unit in the entrance. There is no unit in the bedroom. And in the valley it gets really hot and is hard to cool down. However... For the rent price you get a ton of space. The neighbors are all... good people and it is a small building. The things that I have needed fixed aside from the shower have been fixed. It takes awhile to get it accomplished.. But never the less it gets accomplished. And everyone is really nice. Over all I give it 3 stars. For the price I can work with it. Will I stay here an extedended amount of time? Probably not. But it works for me now.
