Tenant Mix is Unprofessional

Stayed here twice, both time short-term. First time OK. Second time not good. All neighbors loud and unprofessional. Many times couldn't sleep. Management doesn't seem to be able to do anything. Yesterday, went to management desk and there was another person reporting the same issue, but a different part of the building. The culture clash in this building makes it a bit stressful to live here imo. Slamming doors, loud TVs and music. Pot smoke comes into my unit daily. Not a premium... experience.

Hidden costs and hefty rent increases

Do not give a holding deposit to this company, they are shady and won't give you a lease to review before asking for money to "hold" in a building that clearly has 50% vacancy and a problem attracting new tenants. This is why.
