The unit was recently been painted inside and out, new carpeting has been installed throughout and the floorplan is very functional. Granite counters, gas stove, microwave over stove, refrigerator and lots of cabinet space. There is a breakfast area off the kitchen, slider to the patio and washer & dryer hookups centrally located off the breakfast area. The family room is good sized and has a half bath nearby.
