I chose to live here last year and made the move during the pandemic. They were so accommodating. Living there was so nice and peaceful. The area is super quiet and a lot of families live there. It’s only a few blocks from Tustin Marketplace and a block from a park. I love that the location is in close proximity to so much. Management is really responsive and helps take care of things accordingly. You will on occasion see silver fish in the apartments. I did have a few bugs in the kitchen that... were apparently closet Beatles. Other than that no issues.

Amazing ... like paradise
I seriously don't need to go on vacations to tropical destinations any longer! Every day I wake up to see palm trees, birds of paradise, and lush green landscapes. Salt water lap pools overlooking an 18-hole golf course, a beautiful club house, and a workout facility are a must see, and gourmet food trucks visit weekly for a tantalizing afternoon snack or an early evening appetizer. Free yoga and boot camp classes in the nearby citrus Grove and 18 holes of golf at the local golf club just next... door. Very friendly and safe community with tons of amazing shops and restaurants within 1 mile. Horse, jogging, and bike trails everywhere, easy freeway access and the best schools in Southern California. The apartment has 2 master suites, 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops and full sized washer and dryer. Also, all 2 bedroom apartments come with a 1 car garage. This property loves and welcomes pets ... especially large dogs!!!! Although it's a bit expensive to live in Southern California, this apartment is competitively priced and worth every penny!
