Don’t rent here! I lived here 2 years, perfect tenant, never late on rent, no maintenance requests, no unwarranted complaints. Yet they are quick to milk money from you during the move out process! They email after hours so you can’t call with questions, and they bill you for every little thing that you usually wouldn’t be responsible for. Please go anywhere else, please. Plus: roaches!

Please don't waste your time and money. (Seriously, they will milk you out of your money). If you're a student, my personal advice would be to look for housing in Tustin or something! I know Park West offers "lower prices" but trust me, you will pay for it in the end. They will use your entire security deposit for apartment renovations and there will be a balance for you to pay on top of the rent. Employees at leasing office give mixed information and the manager is rude.

Be Aware ,this is a place where students move in and out without any background checks - my family moved out because of it since not a safe place if you have a kids. My neighbor was a student housing company and students moved in and out everyday without any background checks . it is not a safe place to live at. They smoke weed , party all day very loud . They trash the whole complex just a nightmare.These students are not properly acknowledged what they can or can't do

The Leasing office helped us out a lot. After a long research we ended with nothing. We needed to move in quickly due the old single home lease kick us out because they want to sell their home. Sign up and move in took less than week. Everything is great and they allow dogs. Little 8 month old Husky Simba would have no where to go.

My roommate and I went house hunting and after and exhausting search we found Parkview with Irvine company. The area is great assigned Parking. The pool is in the center with lots of amenities.
