If I rate my apartment from 1-10 (1 worst 10 best) it is 4 out of 10. It is old building with small kitchen. I pay $1400 rent for a 2 beds room and is very expensive compare to its facilities and old building. However, location and neighborhood is excellent, it is in Torrance schools are fabulous accessibility to pub library, shopping malls, hospitals, banks is 5 minutes by walk.
