The apartment building/units are actually very nice and the property manager is helpful and responsive; however, I'm giving this a low rating because the walls are paper thin and if you have a unit above you, you can hear every single movement *loudly*. It's hard to feel like your unit is a private space when you're constantly hearing your neighbors' presence from 3 different directions. Despite this being a nice apartment, I'm very much looking forward to moving out when my lease ends.

The apartments are quite nice, if you rent here get a unit in the top floor because apparently the units below can hear your every step, sliding doors, etc.

As of Oct 2015 they're in the middle of a transition to bring the units to "market price", but it is being handled very poorly. They want to increase my rent 33% with a 30 days notice.

Apartments that rent for around the new price have better amenities, location, or space. I don't really get why they think they can charge this much for... nothing special.

What can i say? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. What could be more perfect than a building right off the freeway, walking distance to CVS, many quick service restaurants, nightlife, The arts district and even a THEME PARK! Not only is the location great, ever since I moved in maintenance hasn't hesitated to be on top of any concerns I might of had. There is a beautiful entrance to this apartment including a beautiful courtyard centerpiece located on the bottom floor, and there is even a pool!
