Lorraine does an awesome job!

I have lived here for the past year and it has been an amazing experience. Lorraine in the office is always super helpful and friendly whenever I need anything. The apartments are very nice and the location is unmatched. Maintenance is very responsive as well. 10/10.

The Solaire apartments are conveniently located near Old Town and right off the 15 which was a high priority for me location. The complex is fairly new so it has a very modern and very comfortable floor plan. The amenities are awesome. There’s a gym that is very clean and I’ve never had anyone else in there when I was using it.. Beautiful views. And the California room is very relaxing too and a great spot if you have some friends over to hang out and barbecue. The staff is very nice and has... responded to all of my issues I have had. When I first moved in the cleaning company failed to be thorough, but the office management made sure it got taken care of.

Gate code never works, the hallways are dirty and need repainting, lights outside garages are out- multiple ones) lamps to see when it’s nighttime are out as well. Someone needs to come check out this property it could be so much nicer especially with all the new apartments being built.

Solaire is one of the best communities in Temecula. I have had a wonderful experience living here. The residences are top notch, very well maintained and extremely clean. The staff here is super friendly and cooperative. Alyssa has been very prompt every time I have asked for assistance in any matter. Pretty much lived here with no issue. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a quality residential experience.
