Pros: - Good location - Good School - Good maintenance service staff
Cons: - Not family friendly apts - Community manager sends out intimidating mails for eviction if kids are found playing outside. No place for kids to play. Owners spend thousands applying lipstick to pig but only think about setting small play area for kids. - Very common to find management staff yelling at little kids for doing what they do. - Asbestos warning - Management staff extremely rude and unreasonable in most... cases - Lease transfers not allowed. - Flooring are flimsy, can clearly hear even when people walk above. - Gym Treadmills doesnt work. Stops abruptly. My friend was lucky to save his nose. - Homeless people come to sleep in building lobby at night - $250 to use community hall. Made such for showcase. - Spa doesnt work.

Unprofessional behaviour towards customers
Management is failing to take responsibility for incorrect information provided by their employees. They tried to blame it on the "temp" and the cost I paid is app fee plus valuable 3 hours of my house hunting. Unethical and irresponsible behavior. If management does not want to vouch for what temp said then why employ one?
