Maintenance Staffs in responding to service requests .
Maintenance at Skylark are the top service at Skylark despite of availability and shortage of them. They get things done as requested. You can’t go wrong with their service . It’s Excellent! Kudos on ALL the Staff on maintenance. Keep up the great work .

Basic but a good price
I toured the property recently and it was good to see you can get a 2 bedroom for just over $3K. The size of the units is pretty good. Some have nature views. The finishes are clean and basic. If you want a clean safe place to live this seems like a decent choice. If you are looking for luxury or high end touches - keep looking. The staff seemed nice but beware of the golf cart tour if you get car sick easily! Lots of hills and turns!!!
