I stayed at Santa Monica Coliving for 4 months in 2020-2021 and it was an incredible experience. The people I met while living here were exceptional and I made some amazing friends I still talk to regularly.

The layout of the apartments, including the shared living spaces makes it very easy to socialize if you'd like, but the rooms are private enough that you can have your alone time as well. I really appreciated the community events that were planned to meet the other people living in the... apartments. Sean and Janeen are incredibly welcoming and lovely, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience.

The location itself is prime-- within walking distance to downtown Santa Monica as well as Venice Beach, 7 blocks away from the ocean, and very close to many bars and restaurants of Ocean Park.

I stayed here for three months (during peak of Covid so was home a lot!) I gotta say, I made some life long friends at this place (in my apartment and the other units as well) that I still talk to every day! It was awesome to meet other people, like me, that were new to the area also.

The location is PRIME and on a nice street. You can walk to the beach and Main St (which is my favorite street on the West Side!). You also have a liquor store in walking distance (WHAT UP BILLY) that also sold... snacks and some necessities.

The actual apartments have a pretty cool set up. And the landlords turned the back garage into a common area which we hung out in all the time and had get togethers.

Sean and Janeen are wonderful people who really wanted us all to be happy there! They would even buy us treats sometimes at our get togethers. They are very responsive and always wanting to make the place a great place to live.
