Laundry room with washer & dryer (payment via an app) located on-site for use by this home and the triplex. There is one onsite parking space and street parking. Parking is by permit (around $25 per car for the season) in summer. We do not allow pets, smoking or subletting. We take pride in our property and are looking for tenants that will take good care of the place.
