These apartments were cheaply built. The appliances are very cheap. The refrigerator will freeze your produce and food including eggs spoiling all the groceries The manager, Crystal is very unprofessional ignores. Any attempt to communicate with her The maintenance person Mikey is just I’m professional. The facilities are dirty overall. Also, your Mail and packages will get stolen with the leasing office being careless about it.

We toured a unit with a huge window that we loved and were told all of the A7 floor plans were exactly the same so we applied for an A7 floor plan unit. When we finally got our keys and moved in, it did not look like what we originally saw. The living room window was smaller and the unit was mirrored from what we saw. It looked like nothing we were shown.

We moved in Friday and put all our groceries in the fridge, we woke up the next morning to an odd smell coming from the fridge and to find... out everything in the freezer we just bought had thawed and spoiled. We realized the fridge was not working properly and it wasn't at the temperature it should be despite setting it to max cold. We had roughly $300 worth of groceries in the fridge that are now not edible.

Our unit has a huge ant problem where we're having trails of ants coming from the cracks and baseboards. Ants in our living room, bedroom, and bathroom and we're constantly swatting ants off of us while sitting on the couch.

We contacted the manager and hopefully they can resolve some of the issues for us.
