I love living here! The parking garage is very accessible making shopping easy. The community is really clean and well maintained. Everyone I have met is friendly. I have time to watch my kids play at the various community parks after work. The 3 bedroom is super spacious and I love the kitchen island. Work orders have been taken care of quickly and the onsite team is very friendly and responsive. I have had a really good experience so far.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Duo Apartments. Moving in was smoother than I expected, and the team here has made every step feel straightforward and welcoming. I’ve rented apartments before, but Duo stands out in meaningful ways.

The living space feels like home. The design is modern without feeling sterile, the finishes are top-notch and I have an incredible view.

The amenities actually get used. The outdoor areas are a nice retreat after a long day, and I’ve noticed the spaces are... consistently clean and well-maintained.

Location is a huge win. Being close to work and all the dining and entertainment options around San Jose makes weekends and weeknights feel convenient rather than rushed.

Management is helpful and responsive, maintenance has been quick to complete my work orders.

This property is very clean and a great place to call home. The neighborhood is very family friendly and the amenities are a nice perk. Great location with many stores and restaurants close by. (most are walking distance!)

To add to the positive experience I have had living here, the leasing and maintenance people are an amazing team. Really enjoy living here! The pool, hot tub, and gym are all nice and well taken care of, and there's always plenty of parking, which makes a big difference. The community is clean and quiet, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The leasing team made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and I never felt rushed or pressured during the process. They were always happy to answer my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy.
