Your private room can come fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and closet — or unfurnished if you prefer to make it your own. Either way, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home.

The Location
Walking distance to all downtown Santa Cruz — incredible restaurants, shops, and a warm, vibrant community right outside your door. 

What’s Included
$1950 a month for rent, with a refundable security deposit. Monthly utilities, professional cleaning, household supplies are split evenly. Minimum stay 3 months, up to one year. Month to month or lease options available.
